The bootstrapped beauty-tech company is strengthening its brand presence as it expands across India and builds a larger beauty ecosystem.
GetLook, the technology-enabled salon-at-home platform, has onboarded Bollywood actress Vaani Kapoor as the face of its brand campaign, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and brand-building journey.
The association comes as GetLook looks to strengthen its position in India’s beauty and personal-care market, bringing professional salon services directly to customers’ homes through a network of trained beauty professionals.
The upcoming campaign will feature services such as Gold Facial, Korean Glass Wax and pedicures, highlighting the convenience of enjoying professional beauty treatments at home. With a focus on self-care, hygiene and convenience, the campaign aims to connect with consumers seeking quality beauty experiences that fit seamlessly into their everyday lives.
Speaking about the association, Gaurav Maheshwari, Founder of GetLook, said, “Our association with Vaani Kapoor marks an important milestone for GetLook as we continue to build a trusted beauty brand. Her contemporary style and wide appeal align with our vision of making professional beauty services more accessible and convenient for customers.”
Vatsala Kothari, Co-founder of GetLook, added, “At GetLook, we believe beauty services should fit effortlessly into people’s lives. Through this campaign, we want to highlight how customers can enjoy professional salon experiences in the comfort of their homes, without compromising on quality or convenience.”
Founded by the husband-wife duo Gaurav Maheshwari, an IIT graduate, and Vatsala Kothari, GetLook has built its business through a largely bootstrapped approach. The company currently operates across 15+ cities, works with 5000+ beauty professionals and offers more than 150 beauty services.
As part of its next phase of growth, GetLook plans to enter five additional Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities and expand its professional network to 5,000+ over the next six months. The company is targeting Rs.100 crore in revenue by 2027 while also expanding beyond services through its D2C beauty brand, Seyeon Pilsu.
The Vaani Kapoor association represents a step in GetLook’s broader ambition to build a recognizable beauty brand that combines professional at-home services, technology and beauty products. As the company scales its operations and strengthens consumer awareness, the campaign is expected to play an important role in its next phase of growth.
