Makarasana
It is one of the simplest poses that you can practice to get relief. You just have to take a yoga mat, lie down on it with a fully stretched body. Make sure your stomach is touched to the ground. Now, cross your arms in front of your face as shown in the figure. Basically, you have to position your hands like you are thinking. Keep your palms on your cheeks and let your elbows rest on the floor. Now, you just have to concentrate on your breathing. This will relax your body muscles and gives you relief.

Vajrasana
Vajrasana is an easy pose to practice. It makes your digestive system strong and smooth. This yoga asana or pose can help you to get rid of gastric problems. Sit on a yoga mat and position yourself as shown in the figure. Your legs must be folded backward under your buttocks. During this posture, you might feel little pain and numbness in your feet. Then, you can relax your legs for a while and again continue with the same process. The regular practice of Vajrasana proves to be beneficial for your stomach.

Paschimottanasana
This yoga pose is a bit tough, though very beneficial for your stomach. At first, you might find it difficult to touch the feet with your hands. But if you practice it regularly, then you will be able to do it. Sit on the yoga mat with your legs fully stretched in front of you. Now, slowly lean forward and try to touch your feet with hands or forehead on your knees. Focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath and slowly let it out remaining in the leaning position only. This stretching posture will stimulate your stomach muscles and relieves stress and tension that might be affecting your digestion process.

Balasana
It is quite similar to that of the previous asana. Now, you have to fold your legs as shown in figure instead of stretching them in front of you. Sit on your heels with your knees apart. Inhale a deep breath while stretching your arms above your head. Now, lean forward and try to touch the floor with your forehead. Now, breathe out. Your chest must be touching your knees. Try to stay in this posture for a minute or as comfortable to you. This will relax your stomach muscles and gives your digestive system an edge to work smoothly and properly.

Uttanasana
This is pretty simple as compared to the above two yoga exercises. In Uttanasana, you have to stand with your legs apart. Lose your body. Now, try bending forward with legs fully stretched and straight. Try to touch your feet with hands or forehead on your knees. It might be difficult for beginners. But, as you practice it regularly, it will become easy. This asana stretches your back, stomach, and butt muscles. It can help in curing gastric problems if any.
